For mall catering, space tends to be the main challenge! Small BOH at boutiques means canapes and mocktails are often the best format, and we design our menus to suit the space seamlessly. However, in larger space we are able to also accommodate sit-down dining experiences!
We understand that brands have a story to tell, and our menus are tailored to reflect your brand’s identity – colors, ingredients, and presentation are all taken into consideration.
To allow for time to align on setup, logistics, and permits, we recommend confirming your requirements with us at least one week in advance. However, subject to your requirements, we can accommodate a faster turnaround time!
Absolutely. Serveware is selected in accordance with your brand’s identity, and our staff ensure seamless and professional service throughout the duration of your event.
