Introduction

Welcome to MonChef. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service through our website, you agree to these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

MonChef offers luxury private dining experiences, including but not limited to a 7-course meal, prepared and served by our chefs, along with a butler, all necessary ingredients, cutlery, plates, serviettes, and a printed menu. We cater to home gatherings and grand events and specialize in a diverse range of cuisines.

Booking and Confirmation

3.1. Booking Process: To book a service, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide the necessary details, including the date, time, location, and number of guests.

3.2. Confirmation: Once we receive your booking request, we will send a confirmation email. A booking is only confirmed when you receive this email.

3.3. Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 72 hours before the event and are subject to our approval.

Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing: Our pricing is based on the specific requirements of each event, including the number of guests, menu selection, and additional services requested.

4.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, or other methods as specified on our website.

Cancellation Policy

5.1. Client Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your booking for any reason. You will receive a full refund for cancelations made no less than 48hrs in advance, 50% refund for cancelations made 24-48 hours prior, and no refund for same day cancellations.

5.2. MonChef Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also make every effort to assist in finding a suitable alternative.

Liability

6.1. Service Quality: We strive to provide services of the highest quality. However, we cannot be held liable for any interruptions or deficiencies in service that are beyond our control.

6.2. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue is suitable for the services provided and that all necessary facilities are available. MonChef will not be liable for any damage to property or injury to persons that occurs as a result of negligence on the part of the client.

6.3 MonChef takes every reasonable measure to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene during the preparation and service of meals. However, as MonChef operates in the client’s premises and uses facilities, equipment, and conditions outside of our full control, we shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or health-related issues experienced by clients or their guests after consuming the food. Clients are responsible for informing MonChef of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific concerns prior to the event. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

6.4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be free of allergens.

Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Amendments

MonChef reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the T&Cs regularly.
